The Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra is celebrating its 200th jubilee designated Overture, expressing its message: the festive series consists of carefully composed programmes aiming at presenting all colours of symphonic music, beside synthetizing the past, present and future of symphonic orchestral music in Pécs.

In the first half of the jubilee years, the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra welcomes the audience at the usual venues of the city, whereas after its opening, in the new concert hall.

In the middle of the 2010/201 season, the new concert hall of Pécs, with which begins a new era in the life of the region's music lover citizens, is going to open.
